  • Can I bring my pet?
    There will be special days that will be announced in our social media pages for Pet Selfie Day.
  • What if I bought tickets for the wrong date or can't make it and need a refund?
    All sales are final and there is no refund or exchange of the purchased ticket. Please call or text and we will try to accommodate you another day. (956) 207-8696
  • Do I need to print my ticket?
    Yes, you can print the ticket but showing us on your phone is okay.
  • When do I arrive? Is there a time limit?
    For example, if you booked a 1 hr. session at 5 pm, you will have from 5-6 pm to enjoy the stations. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your time slot to allow for check-in.
  • Are you kid friendly?
    Well yes we are!! We are a family-friendly destination!
  • Are food and beverages allowed inside?
    Please finish all food and drinks before entering the museum.
  • Are we a "selfie museum"?"
    We are not a museum in the the sense you are used to! Normally in a museum you are not allowed to touch or take photos, whereas we HIGHLY encourage it!
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    All major credit cards and debit cards online and card or cash at our location.
  • Are walk-ins welcome?
    Walk-ins are welcome, however we do not guarantee entry if we are at the maximum capacity.
